Hi guys!

I said a few weeks ago about running the 10K for my friend Sheree who sadly passed 8 weeks ago today.

She had a rare heart disease and was told at 21 that she would need a heart transplant to survive.

Her time came for her transplant but sadly it was unsuccessful and she lost her beautiful, bubbly, young life at 22.

Since finding out about her transplant she raised a lot of money and awareness for the British heart foundation and when she passed she left a note asking that her friends an family do the same, to help the charity out in any means possible,

We’re really looking to raise funds for this great charity to help others in sheree’s position.

The 10k will be held in Hollywood park, Edinburgh on the 21st of October and this is the start of my training as of tomorrow.

Please, please donate even if it’s a spare couple of quid you have in your bank, as it could mean the world of good.

Mermaids do not exist.
But if they existed, they would line up to see a psychologist because of a problem of split personality: woman or fish? They would have no sex life and could not bear children.Yes, they would be lovely, but lonely and sad.And, who wants a girl that smells like fish by his side?
Without a doubt, I’d rather be a whale.
At a time when the media tells us that only thin is beautiful, I prefer to eat ice cream with my kids, to have dinner with my husband, to eat and drink and have fun with my friends.
We women, we gain weight because we accumulate so much wisdom and knowledge that there isn’t enough space in our heads, and it spreads all over our bodies. We are not fat, we are greatly cultivated. Every time I see my curves in the mirror, I tell myself: “How amazing am I ?! “

First time…

in my life that I’m going to a funeral tomorrow and being able to understand what is going on and being aware of peoples feelings and emotions.

The last one I went to was over 12 years ago.

Staying up till my brothers results are delivered. I want him to fell appreciated no matter what he gets. Pretty sure he’s getting the highest that you can get. He’s so smart and intelligent. No matter what he gets, ill be there to support him. Liam Braby, you’ll do more than I ever could brother and I love you.
